Rich Harrison will talk about Metro Blooms: a description of the organization, the work he does with Metro Blooms, community events/education, educational resources, and how Metro Blooms can help homeowners with native plants/gardens. There will be time for audience members to ask Rich questions.
Rich Harrison is a Registered Landscape Architect with a Master of Landscape Architecture from the University of Minnesota. His work focuses on sustainable design, placemaking, and community development. Rich has worked on water quality issues for more than two decades, including research at Mankato State University and research at the U of M focusing on transit-oriented development and organic infrastructure.
