Volunteers needed to help do spring cleanup of a small native planting along the eastern shore of Lake Como.  This is a formerly neglected native garden that has been resurrected by volunteers.  It is located along the paved path between the Lakeview Ave. parking lot and Duck Point.

We will cut down plant stalks, remove any invasives that have sprung up, and remove debris.  If we have time we will place mulch along the perimeter so the lawn mowers will know where the garden’s edge starts.

We will reschedule for some time in April.

We’ll meet in the parking lot on the east side of the lake where Lakeview Avenue and East Como Lake Drive intersect.
